A fundamental principle of our Airport Hive product design was to create a stand-alone master data capability for the airport where all data is accessible using a RESTful API. It’s a completely independent microservice with its own datastore that can be used by any application that has been granted permission by the airport. It ensures one version of the truth across the whole stakeholder landscape when it comes to industry data such as IATA and ICAO codes. Also ensures all the airport resources such as stand, gates, desks, belt etc. are uniform across all the applications that are planning and executing operations in relation to them.
Airport Hive supports configurable messages based on the available operational attributes against a flight. These messages can be configured to notify predefined users or groups to perform certain actions; notify them of delays; notify them of stand changes; etc. New messages can be created by users with the required access control. All messages are stored and available for statistical reporting.

Every single data change within Airport Hive can be fully audited and accessible through RESTful APIs. The Auditing tool provides an intuitive user interface that empowers the airport to carry out their own rapid investigations into critical data changes. A quick search can reveal who, what, when and why the data was amended. This is especially useful when the data change has caused operational issues.
A module for viewing real-time aircraft positional information from local radar and/or ADS-B systems on a map. Coupled with Airport Hive Flight Management, the operational team will have full situational awareness of aircraft progress at any given time. Network Operator Viewer also maximises the data available over AFTN to augment the AMS with the latest flight plan data, in addition to meteorological and NOTAM messaging.
A simple to use interface for recording the first bag and last bag timings for each arrival flight on the baggage reclaim belts. The times will be sent to the Airport Hive or other AODBs to enable SLA performance reviews.
